Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build and deploy models that generate personalized travel recommendations. You will work on cutting‑edge problems in natural language processing, recommendation systems and predictive analytics, collaborating closely with backend engineers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train and fine‑tune ML models for travel recommendation and personalization.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that feed training data to models.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model impact.
• Optimize model inference for production environments and integrate with backend services.
• Work with large language models (LLMs), prompting and fine‑tuning.
• Create dashboards to monitor model performance and reliability.
• Document ML systems, processes and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in machine‑learning engineering.
• Strong Python programming ability.
• Experience deploying models to production and using MLOps practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote‑first team.
