Medical Doctor (Full-Time)

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to join our health facility at Uganda Christian University, providing comprehensive clinical services to students and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 24‑hour coverage, taking histories, examinations and ordering investigations.
- Diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment and review patient progress.
- Supervise allied health workers and guide students during clinical learning.
- Participate in community health awareness activities and specialized clinics such as hypertension and diabetes.
- Prepare regular performance reports and refer patients according to guidelines.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Services Management or related field.
- MBChB degree from a recognised institution and a valid medical practising licence.
- Minimum four years’ experience in a reputable hospital.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a mature, practicing Christian.
