Multimedia & Production Trainee (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Multimedia and Production Trainee to join TechBuzz Hub’s creative team in Kampala. The position is hybrid, offering a mix of on‑site work and occasional remote days, and provides hands‑on experience across video, graphic and photography projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit video content for internal and external communications.
• Design graphics and visual assets for marketing, social media and events.
• Capture, edit and retouch photographs for promotional use.
• Maintain and organise the hub’s multimedia library.
• Support the development of digital content strategies and innovative visual concepts.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about multimedia production and eager to learn.
• Basic education or certification in multimedia, graphic design, photography or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.

Required skills

• Video production and editing.
• Graphic design.
• Photography and post‑production editing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) – advantage.
