Pharmaceutical and Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for motivated and results‑driven individuals to promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other key customers in Kampala. The role is ideal for clinicians, pharmacists, medical representatives or experienced sales professionals with a passion for healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare facilities and retail pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales or general sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Attractive monthly salary ranging from UGX 500,000 to UGX 3,000,000 depending on position, plus allowances and commissions.
