Process Operator

About the role

The Process Operator will run brewing and related process areas on a shift basis, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. You will work closely with the Brewing Technician Artisan and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and execute the production plan for each shift.
• Monitor and control production processes using VPO standards such as OWS, Team Rooms, and 5S.
• Perform quality analyses and manage waste and by‑products.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and follow escalation procedures.
• Execute VPO implementation plans and meet shift performance goals.
• Complete required administration and documentation on time.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques and drive personal development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Processing, Food Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or Biotechnology.
• Minimum 12 months on‑the‑job training at SCAP process and an IBD certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience in a brewing environment or a process‑controlled manufacturing setting, preferably in FMCG food products.
• Good knowledge of production processes, technologies, and maintenance systems.
