About the role
We are seeking qualified psychiatrists to join our clinical team, delivering comprehensive mental health care to new and existing patients. The role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments, overseeing complex medication plans, and providing ongoing management, including telepsychiatry where appropriate. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality psychiatric services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for new referrals, including detailed patient history, mental status examination, and formulation of a diagnostic plan.
- Oversee complex medication regimes, review current pharmacotherapy, adjust dosages as needed, and provide expert advice to referring doctors to optimise treatment outcomes.
- Provide longitudinal care for stable patients, offering regular follow‑up appointments and telepsychiatry services when clinically appropriate.
