Relationship Manager – Infrastructure & Energy

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Infrastructure & Energy will drive the implementation of KCB Group's portfolio strategy, aligning it with the bank's corporate objectives. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding the portfolio, and delivering strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Infrastructure & Energy portfolio strategy and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives, cross‑selling and upselling the bank's products and services.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with key clients and senior decision‑makers.
• Monitor client facilities, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, manage pricing and profitability, and improve customer experience metrics.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• At least five years of experience in the financial/banking sector, including three years in corporate relationship management within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or energy.
• Minimum five years of experience in credit and financial analysis and client portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and energy value chains and emerging sector trends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of trade and transaction banking products.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure & energy value chains.
• Digital savvy and computer literacy.
