Manager Corporate Banking

About the role

The Manager Corporate Banking will lead the bank's corporate banking strategy, driving sales growth, profitability and revenue. This senior position reports to senior leadership and oversees the corporate loan portfolio and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement corporate banking strategy, business plans and budgets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and manage the corporate loan book within risk parameters.
• Lead a sales and service platform to achieve performance targets and cross‑sell trade, treasury and payment products.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, CDD and credit risk policies.
• Control costs and deliver financial targets for the corporate segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate or Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of banking experience, including 5 years as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking laws, regulations and product practices.
• High personal integrity, confidentiality and ethical standards.
