Head - Enterprise & SME

About the role

The Head of Enterprise & SME will lead Airtel Money's payments segment, overseeing remote payments such as utilities, bill payments and school fees. This senior position drives partnership acquisition, product roadmap, and revenue growth across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with payments partners, including onboarding, contract negotiation and ongoing support.
• Define and execute product roadmap, enhancements and new product concepts for the payments segment.
• Develop business cases, conduct market research and prioritize product development with IT.
• Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding, from acquisition through product design, testing, training and retention.
• Coordinate technical integration, user acceptance testing and go‑live activities.
• Monitor performance of partnerships, products and services post‑launch and drive continuous improvement.
• Grow the client base and increase unique Airtel Money users of payment services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in payments, fintech or telecom product management.
• Strong track record in partnership acquisition, relationship management and revenue generation.
• Excellent analytical skills for business case development and market research.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, including IT, operations and sales.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience and growth targets.
