Regional Sales Manager (Part-Time Remote)

About the role

Zamsell Uganda, an online store selling fashion, electronics, home décor and more, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager. This is a part-time, remote role focused on growing online retail revenue and acquiring customers within assigned territories. The manager develops regional sales plans, tracks key performance metrics and identifies new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with regional partners and monitor sales campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions and analyze sales data to optimize strategies
• Guide local sales initiatives and ensure they align with company goals
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and drive regional growth

Required profile

• Strong regional sales management experience, including planning, forecasting and territory development
• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales, preferably in multi-category online marketplaces
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the East African market or regional consumer behaviour is a plus

Required skills

• Sales analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, CRM tools and basic data analytics
• Digital marketing concepts and online customer acquisition strategies are an advantage
