Sales Hunter – Field Sales for Loan Products

About the role

The Sales Hunter is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala, focused on identifying, engaging and converting new customers for Platinum Credit Limited’s loan and finance products. You will work independently to prospect in assigned territories, build relationships and present tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads within the Kampala market and travel to client sites as needed.
• Conduct in‑person sales visits, follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Present loan and finance products, ensure accurate documentation of applications and coordinate with branch and credit teams.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while providing timely feedback to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or customer acquisition within financial services.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain financial products clearly.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to manage time effectively in a target‑driven environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or comparable sales experience.
• Familiarity with the Kampala market and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
