About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Kampala focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients for insurance products, presenting business plans, and managing sales pipelines to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and participate in promotional campaigns.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine insurance offerings.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Deliver product and service knowledge sessions to clients and staff.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven sales and sales‑management experience.
- Training skills for delivering knowledge sessions.
- Basic knowledge of business planning, advertising, and business development.
- Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a target‑driven, on‑site team environment.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
- Prior sales or marketing experience in Uganda or East Africa (advantageous).
