Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will greet and consult walk‑in customers at the showroom, understand their interior design needs and budget, and recommend Oppein home solutions. This role involves generating leads, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order execution to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and consult walk‑in customers, understanding their style preferences and budget.
• Present and recommend Oppein products such as kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and whole‑house solutions.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, field visits and follow‑up calls.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales contracts in line with company pricing.
• Follow up on leads and pending quotations to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent Oppein at trade shows, exhibitions and marketing events.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to support pricing and product strategies.
