Sales & Marketing Supervisor – HR Outsourcing

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Supervisor – HR Outsourcing will lead the promotion and acquisition of B2B clients for HRLeverage’s outsourcing, Employer of Record and related workforce solutions in Uganda. Based in Kampala, you will drive sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s client base across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans targeting HR outsourcing and EOR services.
• Conduct market research on HR outsourcing trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects, coordinate sales presentations and proposal development.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure service alignment with client needs.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Guide and mentor junior sales and marketing team members to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and research abilities to design effective sales strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in a B2B environment.
• Proven sales experience in HR outsourcing, professional services or B2B solutions with a track record of meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising or coordinating sales/marketing teams is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR outsourcing, EOR, payroll or staffing services in the African market is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Basic digital marketing practices for campaign execution.
