About the role
Uwezo Microfinance Limited is hiring Sales Officers for its Mbarara branch. The role involves finding new clients, pitching products and keeping relationships with existing customers. Candidates must be willing to work in the field and live in Mbarara town or nearby places.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking and field visits
- Pitch products, deliver presentations and handle customer inquiries
- Open accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers
Required profile
- Able and willing to work in the field
- Residing in Mbarara town or nearby places
- No experience required
What we offer
- Monthly payment of 200,000 UGX plus commissions on each active account
