Sales Staff – Client Acquisition & Account Management

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kampala and focuses on driving new business for Prudential Annuities. The Sales Staff will engage prospective clients, present annuity and financial solutions, and manage ongoing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through market research and outreach.
• Present Prudential’s annuity products and financial services, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in market research, data analysis and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
