Sales Staff – Insurance Agency

About the role
The Insurance Agency is looking for motivated Sales Staff to join its Sales and Marketing department. You will work under the guidance of the Insurance Agency Manager, applying consultative sales techniques to grow the agency’s client base.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and assess their insurance needs.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Use consultative sales methods to present suitable insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with clients as directed by the sales manager.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and business planning.
