About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Central and focuses on driving business growth for an insurance agency. The Sales Staff member will build strong client relationships, understand advertising needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify client needs.
• Familiarity with marketing, advertising and digital sales strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
