SAP S/4HANA Business Development & Partner Ecosystem Lead

About the role

The SAP Business Development and Partner Ecosystem Lead will head the SAP ERP practice, driving growth, managing partner relationships, and overseeing presales and delivery activities across Uganda. This senior position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for the profitability and market positioning of SAP solutions, especially S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP ERP business unit, set revenue targets, and develop strategic growth plans.
• Manage SAP partner programs, certifications, audits, and joint opportunities with SAP regional teams.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA solutions across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, asset management, HCM, and analytics.
• Oversee presales activities, including solution architecture, proposal reviews, RFP responses, and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Coordinate delivery, ensure compliance with SAP licensing and implementation standards, and drive customer success.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP ERP and S/4HANA implementation and sales.
• Proven track record in leading large‑scale business units and managing enterprise‑level customer engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and relationship‑building skills within the SAP partner ecosystem.
• Ability to develop and execute market‑entry and growth strategies.
