Senior Analyst - Customer Value Management Marketing

About the role

MTN Uganda Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, reducing churn, and enhancing customer loyalty through data‑driven insights and targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the CVM roadmap, aligning it with revenue and adoption targets for GSM and mobile money products.
• Design, execute, and monitor proactive and reactive retention campaigns, including churn prediction and propensity modeling.
• Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and base management data to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast, plan, and manage the CVM budget, ensuring ROI and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and BI teams to build reporting dashboards, tools, and models for customer segmentation and behavior prediction.
