About the role

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager leads strategic PR and enterprise storytelling, reporting directly to the CEO, CMO, or VP of Corporate Affairs. This role shapes brand narratives and manages reputation across global markets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute 360-degree corporate communication strategies, including brand storytelling, crisis management, and executive positioning.
Lead cross‑functional teams, manage agency partnerships, and serve as corporate spokesperson during high‑pressure situations.
Oversee internal communications, change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement such as investor relations and CSR storytelling.

Required profile

10+ years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, and crisis management.
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives and experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams.

Required skills

Strategic brand narrative development and multi‑channel campaign execution.
Executive positioning, speechwriting, and media pitching for top‑tier outlets.
