Senior Project Manager – Technology & ERP Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary technology projects, including software development and ERP implementations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and milestones, translate requirements into actionable tasks and monitor progress.
• Coordinate software developers, QA, business analysts and domain experts, assign responsibilities and track commitments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, communicate progress, risks and manage expectations.
• Oversee ERP implementation activities, user acceptance testing, documentation and training.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers and ensure timely escalation of issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing technology or ERP projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Project management tools: ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project.
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Waterfall.
• ERP implementation knowledge and software development lifecycle understanding.
• Quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing.
