Telesales Representative – Kinyarwanda Speaking

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries via calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media for both job seekers and employers.
• Design and run community touchpoints such as WhatsApp groups, newsletters, and monthly clinics.
• Onboard Rwandan universities and TVETs, train career services teams, and assist students with profile creation.
• Support employer onboarding, answer questions, and assist with partnership and commercial activities.
• Organise and execute events and webinars for both audiences, managing logistics and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide monthly insights on performance and challenges.

Required profile

• At least two years of relevant experience or a recent graduate who has led a society, business, or campaign.
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English; French is a plus.
• Excellent written communication, able to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Highly organised, reliable internet, and a functional home office setup.

Required skills

• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English.
• French language proficiency (advantage).
