About the role
The Insurance Sales Representative will drive new business by identifying sales opportunities and building lasting client relationships. You will work closely with the Insurance Agency Manager to meet sales targets and promote the company’s insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Present insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular follow‑up and excellent service.
- Track sales performance against targets and report results to the agency manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship building.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
