About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our retail sales team. You will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and promote our product and service portfolio to drive sales and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations.
- Enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system for retention and business development.
- Sell standard products and services while supervising a team of sales advisors.
- Handle escalations and provide approvals as required.
- Record and process custom customer orders accurately.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales role with a proven ability to work independently.
- Strong customer‑relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Action‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required skills
- CRM (customer relationship management) systems.
