About the role

The Second Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance & Administration) supports the Vice‑Chancellor in overseeing the university’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring effective planning, policy implementation and overall institutional development.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations of the university, including budgeting, accounting and investment management.
Lead the administration of human resources, legal affairs, health services and ICT, ensuring alignment with university policies.
Develop, implement and monitor university‑wide policies and guidelines related to finance and administration.
Support the Vice‑Chancellor in strategic planning and overall university development.

Required profile

Demonstrated leadership in managing finance and administrative functions within a higher‑education institution.
Experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams covering finance, HR, legal, health services and ICT.
Ability to contribute to strategic planning and policy development at senior management level.
