Sales Manager

About the role

Securex is seeking a senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and support regional expansion across Uganda. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, collaborating with technology, marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company goals and accelerate growth.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and regional insights.
• Design and execute sales and customer acquisition plans to broaden market reach.
• Monitor commercial performance using key metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
• Support financial target setting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Lead Securex’s regional expansion, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Set up and oversee regional operations, adapting plans to local market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to remove barriers and improve execution across regions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 8 years of sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing regional markets.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable results.
