Training Facilitator for Incubation Hub (50% time)

About the role

The Training Facilitator will work part‑time (50% of a full schedule) to deliver business, financial literacy, employability and enterprise‑development training to participants of the Incubation Hub, e‑mobility graduates, boda riders and savings‑group members. The role involves adapting approved curriculum, providing follow‑up coaching, and maintaining accurate learning records to improve programme quality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly business fundamentals and entrepreneurship training to Incubation Hub participants.
• Teach employability and soft‑skill modules to e‑mobility graduates, women and youth entering the sector.
• Run follow‑up sessions on business registration and formalisation for small enterprises ready to scale.
• Support the annual Green Business Bootcamp and organise the Shark Tank event.
• Maintain attendance, learning records and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
• Document and share lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma in adult education, community development, business or a related field.
• Business mentorship or coaching certificate (preferred).
• Experience with digital financial literacy or similar training methods.
• Background working with boda riders or informal groups on financial literacy and business development (advantage).
• Proven experience delivering trainings, coaching or group sessions on entrepreneurship and business skills.
• Fluent in English and Luganda with ability to travel within Kampala and across Uganda as needed.
