About the role
The Executive Sales Representative will join an insurance company in Kampala on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Present insurance products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Track sales performance against targets and report progress to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
