About the role

The Executive Sales Representative will join an insurance company in Kampala on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Present insurance products and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Track sales performance against targets and report progress to management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
