About the role
CHIL AI LAB is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Full Stack Engineer in Kampala to develop, test and maintain AI‑driven software solutions for telemedicine and precision medicine platforms. You will work closely with the Global Precision Oncology Department to build secure, high‑performance applications that improve healthcare accessibility across Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Design and code responsive user interfaces using modern front‑end frameworks.
- Build and scale back‑end infrastructures for AI‑powered healthcare services.
- Integrate machine‑learning models, APIs and healthcare data systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure security, performance and reliability.
- Contribute to innovative telemedicine and digital health technology initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, IT, Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
- Strong motivation for AI, digital health and precision medicine.
