About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert provides essential assistance to food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and a memorable guest experience at Marriott International in Kampala.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, assist the kitchen, and maintain clean work areas.
- Replenish supplies, move and lift items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and handle menu verification.
- Work on varied surfaces, stand or walk for extended periods, and follow safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on feet, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks safely.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations.
- Ability to read and verify menu information.
