M.I. Analyst

About the role

The Management Information (M.I.) Analyst will provide specialist advice and support to generate reliable business intelligence for Retail and Business Banking. This role ensures data integrity, drives performance improvement, and supports informed decision‑making across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the Retail and Business Banking performance‑management process, translating business objectives into role‑specific plans.
• Support monitoring tools and evaluate the effectiveness of training and people‑development activities.
• Analyse MI data, identify performance gaps, and present actionable recommendations to the Head of Data Analytics.
• Champion MI initiatives, plan and control the reporting framework, and develop balanced scorecards for the business.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to deliver high‑quality MI and business‑improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements across all MI activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and performance improvement.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Data Analytics and business unit managers.
• Commitment to continuous self‑development and sharing best practices within the analytics team.
• Understanding of banking operations, particularly Retail and Business Banking.
