Regional Sales Manager – Dealer Business

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Dealer Business will lead the dealer and distributor network across the assigned region, driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. You will develop and execute regional sales plans, set performance targets, and work closely with marketing to align regional activities with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor regional sales plans and quotas.
• Supervise, train, coach and motivate dealer sales staff.
• Analyse sales data, prepare management reports and adjust strategies for improvement.
• Ensure dealers adhere to corporate standards for stocking, pricing and branding.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, understand their needs and provide support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and product pricing strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with dealers to assess performance against metrics.
• Lead marketing activities to raise product awareness and gather customer feedback.

Required profile

• A good university degree; professional sales/marketing qualification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience managing dealer or distributor networks, preferably in FMCG or telecom.
• Age between 33 and 38 years.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
