Regional Sales Manager – Western Uganda

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales activities across Western Uganda, driving growth for MARKH Investments in the automotive, motorcycle and power products sectors. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, managing a sales team and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive achievement of regional sales and revenue targets, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends and assess competitor activities.
• Recruit, train, mentor and motivate sales representatives, setting performance targets and providing regular coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, negotiate major deals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets and regular performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience teams to execute regional initiatives and share market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, power products or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
