Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Laboremus Uganda Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to drive the promotion of its innovative digital solutions. You will generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help strengthen the brand’s market presence in Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing content and promotional materials using Canva (Adobe Illustrator is a plus).
• Represent Laboremus at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Stay updated on technology, fintech, and digital solution trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of technology and digital products.
• Confident, proactive, creative, and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (advantage).
• Photography/camera skills (advantage).
