Sales Executive - Printed Products and Signage

About the role

Brand Care Limited, a provider of printed products, promotional items and signage solutions, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Kampala. The Sales Executive identifies and pursues new business, builds and manages client relationships and promotes the company's branded products and signage services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call potential clients, and conduct client meetings and presentations
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up to close sales
• Coordinate with production and design teams so orders are fulfilled accurately
• Monitor client satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries or issues
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and suggest improvements to sales strategy and customer experience

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally in printing, advertising, branding or related fields
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is an advantage; practical experience is also considered
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets, work independently and handle several client requests at once
• Comfortable working on-site in Kampala and making frequent client visits in the region

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of printed products, promotional items and signage, or willingness to learn them
• Proficiency with office tools such as email, spreadsheets and CRM or sales tracking systems
• Good organisation and time management, with attention to detail in quotations and documentation
