Sales Staff – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Sales Staff member to work on‑site in Kampala. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and presenting the agency’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via meetings or calls and deliver tailored sales pitches.
• Respond to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update client information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure promised services are delivered.
• Participate in marketing or promotional events as required.

Required profile

• Proven ability in sales, client outreach, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude suitable for an on‑site client‑facing role.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
