Security Engineer Lead (Senior)

About the role

Lucid is seeking a Senior Security Engineer Lead to shape the security posture of its luxury electric vehicle platforms. You will act as the primary security expert across network, application, operating system, endpoint, and mobile device domains, partnering closely with software and data engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and coach Security Operations & Incident Response teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce access control policies.
• Design and implement enterprise‑scale security architectures for LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routers.
• Conduct technical security assessments, code audits, and design reviews.
• Manage the InfoSec risk model and ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Provide security guidance during planning and implementation of new services.
• Lead offensive security exercises and respond to cyber‑security incidents with thorough post‑event analysis.
