Senior Data Analyst

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This full‑time, fixed‑term position (3 months) offers the chance to deepen your analytics expertise while contributing to a mission‑driven, fast‑scaling organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that answer specific business questions and track key performance indicators.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and outliers, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and flag data quality issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate with data engineers for remediation.
• Maintain the accuracy of assigned dashboards, monitoring for discrepancies and providing first‑line support to users.
• Develop basic data models and write DBT scripts for data transformations, including filtering, aggregation, and table joins.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, mission‑focused environment.

Required skills

• DBT (data build tool) scripting.
• Data modeling and normalization techniques.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
