About the role
The Consultant Supply Chain (Customer Service) will support Global Fleet services for WFP country offices in the region, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the Global Fleet team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure efficient provision of Global Fleet services to country offices.
- Serve as primary focal point for communication between current and prospective clients and the Global Fleet team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Country Offices, Regional Bureau, and external partners.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, including onboarding, capacity‑strengthening, and feedback mechanisms.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships within WFP and with external partners to promote Fleet services.
