About the role
The Administration Supervisor will oversee hygiene, cleanliness and facilities management across offices, showrooms and common areas, ensuring a safe and presentable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise cleaners, schedule duties, conduct inspections and address any gaps or complaints.
- Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, checklists and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock of cleaning supplies, raise purchase requisitions and ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Report and follow up on repairs, coordinate with landlords, service providers and contractors.
- Promote health and safety, manage first‑aid, fire safety and incident reporting.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related field.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices and occupational health & safety.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
