Administrator – Activations & Provisioning (Contract)

About the role

The Administrator – Activations & Provisioning will safeguard revenue by ensuring all vetted customer service requests are accurately registered, provisioned and activated in the billing system. This contract role supports the Customer Operations team in delivering timely service activation and work order creation.

Key responsibilities

• Register, provision and activate authorized customer requests on the billing system, applying correct tariffs.
• Raise work orders for services requiring technical configuration or installation by other departments.
• Conduct regular audits and health checks of provisioned services to minimise errors before invoicing.
• Maintain client records, contracts and pre‑activation equipment stock.
• Coordinate with internal teams, especially Sales, to resolve customer‑impacting queries promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a busy customer‑facing environment, preferably in telecom or digital billing services.
• Strong attention to detail, high concentration and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Computer literacy and ability to use billing applications (e.g., DCLM, DCBS, SVP).
