About the role

The Associate Software Engineer (Java Programmer) will support Neptune’s enterprise and mobile development initiatives. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to design, develop, test and maintain high‑quality Java‑based applications and cross‑platform mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain Java‑based enterprise applications.
Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and micro‑services architecture.
Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications with Flutter.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Write clean, well‑documented code and take part in code reviews.
Integrate applications with databases, third‑party systems and payment platforms.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects.
Support software deployment and production issue resolution.
Research and adopt new technologies, frameworks and best practices.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of software development experience.
