Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help NOVRA MEDIA expand its creator‑marketing services. Working remotely from Uganda, you will identify new brand opportunities, build relationships, and generate qualified leads for our influencer campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brands, agencies and decision‑makers.
• Conduct cold outreach via email, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Introduce NOVRA MEDIA’s services and generate qualified leads.
• Book meetings with interested prospects and follow up consistently.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect information.
• Report outreach activity and progress to the Founder & CEO.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently remote.
• Interest in marketing, advertising, media or creator‑focused business development.
• Willingness to learn quickly and improve continuously.
