Car Sales Personnel

About the role

Kabex Motors Ltd is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused Car Sales Personnel to join its showroom team in Kampala. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them explore our vehicle range and guiding them through the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing options and answer all queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, schedule test drives and manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
