Commercial Manager – Sales Leadership for Hyundai & DEUTZ-FAHR

About the role

Mobikey is expanding its Ugandan operations and seeks two experienced Commercial Managers to drive growth for internationally recognised brands – Hyundai Construction Equipment and DEUTZ‑FAHR. The role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, winning tenders and increasing market share in the construction and agricultural machinery sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and manage the sales pipeline.
• Monitor public and private tenders and coordinate with technical and after‑sales teams.
• Build long‑term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment, machinery, automotive or related industries.
• Proven knowledge of the Ugandan market and key industry stakeholders.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently within Uganda.
