About the role
The Sales Marketing position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kampala. You will identify prospective clients, present agency services and build long‑term business relationships while supporting marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on leads and manage client accounts.
- Support marketing campaigns and gather market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate activity records and meet sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability in sales and sales management.
- Experience in training, onboarding or client education.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with common office tools.
- Experience using CRM tools for reporting and client management.
