Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and room service across the property. This senior leader develops and implements strategies that align with the brand’s service standards, drives revenue growth, and ensures exceptional guest and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a food and beverage operating strategy that supports the brand’s business objectives.
• Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial targets.
• Oversee procurement, equipment ordering, and supply management.
• Lead monthly self‑inspection programs and maintain cash and liquor control policies.
• Set performance goals, monitor financial reports, and recommend budget allocations for equipment and renovations.
• Identify opportunities to improve profit margins while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management, OR
• 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
