About the role
The Enterprise Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across the Central, Eastern and Northern regions of Uganda. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding the portfolio of accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with assigned business clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular account reviews, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and address client inquiries promptly.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
- Research market trends, monitor competitors, and present product and service offerings to prospects.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support, and product development to ensure client success.
- Deliver client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
